HOA President and Treasurer: We are pleased to introduce our new HOA president, Mr. David Capelle, elected during our HOA meeting on January 23, 2025. Dale Williams is still part of our HOA and he will be serving as our Treasurer.
Annual Association HOA fees: Letters will be sent out the first week of March 2025.
Late HOA fees: 15% ($52.5) charge for late fees and incremental fees for the time that you are not paying (monthly 1%)
Board meeting minutes: If you are not part of the board and would like to have access to the minutes from a specific meeting, please, send us an email to birchfieldmeadowshoa@gmail.com and we will share that information with you.

Please, help us find you: We need all HOA members' contact information (phone/ email address). If you don't use social media or don't check the website constantly, we have no way of informing you what is happening Plus communicating digitally will cut our mailing costs. Maintenance protocols are being set up. You will be given the names of those to contact regarding specific issues. We will be setting up a regular Budget for 2024. All are welcome to come to our Board Meetings.
Past due Annual Association HOA fees: The board will pursue these fees. Remember that HOA board can usually get a lien on your home if you become delinquent in paying the assessments. Currently, we are seeking professional advice from an attorney.
Signers on the HOA Bank Account: The Board is changing financial institution to HAPO and the 4 names to be part of the HOA Bank Account to facilitate access to funds are: David Capell (HOA President), Habib S. (HOA Vicepresident), Dale Williams (HOA Treasurer), and Mark Wakeley (Board Member).
Neighborhood watch at night: Addressing drug dealing in a park is a matter of concern for the safety and well-being of the community. This issue has been brought to our attention and we are asking everyone in the community to help.
Gather Information: Gather as much information as possible about the drug dealing activity in the park. This may include details about the time, location, individuals involved, unidentified plates, and any evidence or observations you have made.

Express Concerns: Clearly express your concerns about the impact of drug dealing on the safety and reputation of the community. Emphasize the importance of addressing this issue promptly.
Take Action - Collaborate with Neighbors: This may include contacting law enforcement, increasing security measures, or working with local authorities to address the issue. A collective effort can have a stronger impact.
Attend HOA Meetings: Attend our HOA meetings to discuss the matter in person. Present your concerns to the board and other members and request updates on the actions taken.
Document Responses: Keep records of all communications with law enforcement. This documentation can be useful if we need to follow up or escalate the issue.
Advocate for Community Safety: Continue to advocate for the safety and well-being of your community. Encourage open dialogue and collaboration within the neighborhood to address this and other concerns.
By working together you will have access to all HOA information including fiscal (budgets and expenditures). It will also give you the ability to let the appropriate person(s) know if there is a problem or issue.
